Refund policy

NAW Returns Policy

We want every tail wagging when our treats land on your doorstep. However, if something’s gone wrong and needs to come back to us, drop us a line first so we can get it sorted.


When can you return?

  • Damaged packaging (courier damage): Let us know within 7 days of receiving your order so we can raise it with the courier.

  • Faulty products: Email us as soon as you spot the issue and we’ll make it right.


How to start a return

  1. Email treats@getnaw.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and details of what happened.

  2. Wait for our team to confirm and agree the return. Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first.

  3. We’ll send instructions (and, where applicable, a returns label) for how and where to return your item.

Conditions

  • Items must be returned in/ with their original packaging.

  • We cannot accept returns for change of mind, only faulty or damaged items.


Refunds

Once we’ve inspected the returned item and confirmed the fault or damage, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. This usually takes up to 10 working days (banks can take a little longer to show the refund).
